Holly Brown Lenard, MD, is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida who is fellowship trained in both arthroplasty adult reconstruction, and orthopaedic oncology. Dr. Lenard has practiced in South Florida since 2002 and has been in solo practice in Palm Beach Gardens, FL since 2010. She is also the Chief of Staff at St. Mary's Medical Center in West Palm Beach, Florida. Dr. Lenard is one of the only physicians with expert training in her specialties of complex joint replacement and revision surgery, as well as bone tumors. Dr. Lenard performed her residency in orthopaedic surgery at the University of California, San Francisco. She did her fellowship training in orthopaedic oncology (both research and clinical) at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, with an affiliation with Hospital for Special Surgery, in New York City, New York. Dr. Lenard then pursued further fellowship training in arthroplasty and adult reconstruction at the University of California, San Francisco.
Dr. Holly Brown Lenard has published several journal articles and has authored scientific textbook chapters as well. Her areas of research focus have been in particulate wear debris, osteolysis, and arthroplasty longiveity. She has also lectured on orthopaedic oncology and adult reconstruction. She is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society, an active fellow in the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, a member of the Inman Abbot Society, and has volunteered in El Salvador with Operation Rainbow and in South Africa with Orthopaedics Overseas.
